The future of AI-native product development is being built right now. ElseHub started as our internal tool — tracking decisions, roadmaps, and documentation in a way AI agents can actually use. It became indispensable, so we're sharing it.
We're Nomic Ventures — a small team building tools for the AI-native future of software development. We believe the way we build software is fundamentally changing, and most of our existing tools weren't designed for this new reality.
When we started using AI coding agents seriously, we hit a wall. The agent could write code, but it had no memory of our decisions, couldn't see our roadmap, and lost context between sessions. Every conversation started from scratch. And collaboration with teammates? Even worse — existing tools like Jira and Notion just don't work in an agentic world.
We didn't want to leave our coding IDEs or command line. Why should we have to switch contexts just to update a task or log a decision? Why can't everything work from within our coding agent using natural language?
So we built ElseHub — a persistent memory layer for AI development. GitHub is for code. ElseHub is for everything else.
We're being transparent about where we are
You're not just an early user — you're shaping what this becomes. Every bug report, feature request, and piece of feedback directly influences our roadmap.
We're building infrastructure for AI-native product development
Built around MCP (Model Context Protocol) so your AI coding agents can read and write directly to your roadmap, decisions, and documentation. No copy-pasting context.
Every architectural decision is timestamped with evidence. Useful for understanding why things are the way they are — and potentially for patent documentation.
Same data accessible from Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or the web dashboard. Your project context follows you across tools.
