ElseHub is in BETA. During this period:

• We cannot guarantee the security or privacy of your data
• Data handling practices may change without notice
• We make reasonable efforts to protect your data, but provide no guarantees
• You should not store sensitive or confidential information

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account Information: Email address, name (if provided), authentication data
• Usage Data: How you use the service, features accessed, timestamps
• Content: Projects, roadmap items, documents, and other data you create
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the ElseHub service
• Authenticate you and secure your account
• Improve and develop new features
• Communicate with you about the service
• Troubleshoot and fix issues

4. Data Storage and Retention

We make no guarantees about data retention.

• Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure
• We do not guarantee backups or data recovery
• Data may be deleted if your account is terminated
• The service may be discontinued at any time

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), authentication providers
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Team Members: Within organizations/projects you belong to

6. Third-Party Authentication

If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information from those services. Please review their privacy policies for more information about how they handle your data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee the security of your data. During beta:

• Security practices are still being developed
• Vulnerabilities may exist that we are unaware of
• Do not store highly sensitive information

8. Your Rights

You may:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your account
• Export your data (where functionality allows)

Note: During beta, some of these features may not be fully implemented.
