2. No Guarantees
We make NO GUARANTEES regarding:
- Data retention or backup
- Service uptime or availability
- Feature completeness or correctness
- Security of your data (though we make reasonable efforts)
- Continued operation of any feature
3. Your Responsibilities
By using ElseHub, you agree to:
- Maintain your own backups of any important data
- Not rely on this service for critical business operations
- Use the service in good faith and not abuse resources
- Not attempt to access other users' data
- Report any security vulnerabilities you discover
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use ElseHub to:
- Store illegal content
- Harass, abuse, or harm others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomic Ventures and ElseHub shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. SMS Communications
ElseHub may send SMS text messages for account notifications, security alerts, and service updates to phone numbers you provide. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages.
- Program: ElseHub account notifications and service alerts
- Message frequency: Varies based on your account activity; typically fewer than 5 messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS

- SMS messages are not used for third-party marketing or shared with advertisers
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular
